Glow Goo is a high-quality, squishy, nontoxic, light-charged glow substance. It is very bright. It charges nicely in sunlight or incandescent (less so under fluorescent). 5 minutes in the sun gets you enough light to read by for about 15 minutes, fading thereafter over several hours. It remains chemically active for about a decade.

Kids like it, it's cheap and it makes an excellent Christmas present.

SAFETY It is chemically and biologically inert. Nontoxic. Nonstaining. Tasteless. Odorless. Easy to clean up.

NOTE 1 : It appears that the water gel does not hold up so good under direct sunlight (uv). It gets watery. So if it gets watery then add a little more gel powder. Or just double the amount of gel powder in the recipe.
